I really like this shot! *johnsonsan just finished shots of a different pose and asked if I had any other ideas, so I swung around that pole and popped my sword out towards her. Turned out better than expected :D

insulation foam, coated and resined over, then painted. Details were made with craft foam.

Awesome! Every element of the costume looks right on the mark detail wise. The Buster sword is also excellent!
